One of the most popular tools we use is a "Client Portal." The MARTIN HOUSE TEAM will send you an email with a link to your personalized website. This client portal will have all the current properties listed that meet your criteria. Through this link you will be able to look at all the properties chosen for you and you will be able to place them into "saved" or "rejected" folders at your discretion. Each time another property is listed that meets your criteria (by any agent or company), you will receive an email letting you know that there are new properties on your personalized website. This portal is a "live" website, so anytime there is a change in a property's status, it will change on your website. For example, as soon as a property goes "UNDER CONTRACT" it will instantly change on your personalized website. When you find one or more homes that you are interested in seeing, one of our team members will set up a tour and take you to see those homes.
