15. Prepare a "Complimentary Information Package" with information for prospective buyers which includes: Disclosure Statement, Listing Detail, Utilities for past 12 months, Tax Record
16. Place "Complimentary Information Package " in home and keep updated
17. Record information about your home for those who call the 24 Hour Information line
18. Set up a tour for Murney Realtors to view your home
19. Talk to agents who toured your home for any suggestions and/or opinions they might have
20. Report & discuss tour evaluations with you
21. Design flyers and/or brochures of your home
22. Place brochures and/or flyers in your home
23. Prepare a checklist and folder for your listing to make sure all items are completed
24. Prepare newspaper ad for your home that run Saturday, Sunday, and Thursday
25. Prepare HOMES Magazine ad  for your home

26. Follow up with agents who have shown your home
